Fighting
Stats
Each monster has unique set of stats that can be risen through training. The stats are:
Speed: Affects the attack delay, higher speed means more chance of hitting the enemy first during combat and evading attacks
Strength: Affects damage, higher strength means you hit harder.
Buffness: Affects defense, higher buffness means you take more hits and take less damage.
All stats should have a level cap related to the Monster generation/rarity - WIP.
The arena
The monster fight is an idle minigame. There isnt much that the player can do but cheer for their monster.
Mechanics
At the start of the game monsters are placed on the arena and will run for each other and the fight starts. When the monsters touch a timer starts with a random number based on the Cryptid's speed as soon as the timer ends if they are still in contact it will land a hit on its opponent knocking the enemy back.
Damage is then calculated and affected by the foe's defense. There is also a chance of evading an attack and it is based on the speed of the fighting Cryptids.
